Purpose

Description
If the selected cell is within a selected block, then bCellGroupItem:BlockStart defines the first cell within this block.
The access bCellSelectEvent:Options can be used to determine whether a cell block is selected. If a cell block is selected then the option BCSEO_BLOCKSELECT is set.
